The recent flooding in West Virginia has been
devastating in terms of property damage and lives
lost.
The Reeds, your hosts of the Cinema Toast Crunch
podcast, had their home flooded as well. Fortunately
all of the family are safe, but it is hard to get out a
podcast episode when there has been 18 inches of
water in the your podcasting space.
Garvis asked me to record this message and let you
know that it may be a few weeks before their home
life gets back to normal and they can resume the
movie news and reviews that we all look forward to
each week.
Also, Garvis didn't tell me to say this, but I am sure
they could use some support in setting back up their
podcasting operations. I know you enjoy the show as
much as I do, so contact them and see if you can
help a little. Donations of equipment, like mics, stands, mixers,
etc would really help. Now I wish to say again, that I
was not asked to say this, but it is good when we can
help others in need.
